  Believe me when I tell you that the quality of food and drink is what saved this places rating. It certainly was not the service. Thanks to the nice tattooed waitess who noticed the lack of attention we were getting. We were just about to walk out when she stepped in and saved our experience. Sadly, I probably won't chance this place again. The wait just isn't worth it in the end.

  Very slow service. Was told the wait to be seated would be 30 minutes and waited an hour. Once seated and ordered we waited over an hour for our food. Right before our food came out they told us they ran out of fries. We got our burgers and they were all cold. Service was ok but the kitchen seems really unorganzied/underprepared for how busy they are because this is not a small restaurant.

  An often busy place, but the times I've been there the offerings have been very tasty(try the poutine or burger) and the staff cordial. It has a cozy and woodsy feel to it with a porch with a chill environment for conversation. All around a warm rest after a day out in the hills any time of the year.
